Chicken tenders were not crispy. They had obviously been reheated and cooked at least a half hour before. Disappointed.
The batter is decent. It could use more taste. It's rather bland. The chicken inside was excellent and perfectly cooked. I would have liked it to have been marinated since it would be more flavourful.
The temperature inside the store was incredibly hot.
For the price It would be worth it if it were cooked to order. What i ate was not hence not worth it .

Chicken, gravy super salty. Mac and cheese was ROTTEN. Cashier didn't even know which buttons to press, cooks were coughing. Hot, no a/c, flies flying around. This mac and cheese stinks as im writing this. $100 of uneatable food
Update: Was offered a cupon for a chicken sandwich. Unbelievable!

To begin, the staff members were giving me and my friend a passive and aggressive tone, and i’m assuming because of our ages. They were extremely nice to others, while cold to us. Although that unnecessary attitude , the food was honestly good .

Says 60.95 on menu on google get there they ask 83.95 plus taxes for 8 pcs and 12 tenders false menu prices. I just left waisted my time...
Went there for the first time with my family and the place is dirty, smells and the food wasn't good at all. The chicken looked like old chicken that was just refried and the burgers weren't good, my husband got sick from it. We kept hearing it was good but our first experience was not.

We waited forever to get our food. Took 30+ minutes, saw several uber driver just loose patience and leave the restaurant. We were a group of 4, all take out, 1 person got their poutine super fast, the 3 other waited 30 minutes for the food. I don't have to tell you how cold his poutine was when we got home.
For the 3 others though, red tendies were good, the jack burger was good and the wrap too.

Wow have ironed for cleanliness! It's not safe for dinner time, customers who have already finished eating stay on site as if nothing had happened. Just looking at the garbage doesn't make you want to eat here, but we're there!

Very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant with all the promotion it has on social networks I was expecting more... Raw chicken not cooked well inside sign The breading burns too much The but too much pepper and its drop is nothing Restaurant with fully equipped dining room.. Men's toilet not clean and women's toilet closed.. At least if you advertise so much, take the trouble to maintain the quality... It's not worth going to this restaurant... Me and my family wouldn't go back...

The service was very long Thursday evening 5:00 p.m. only one cashier, 2 cooks! The food was lukewarm. We ordered 2 little chicks we wanted Slush for children (children's menu) it's not possible it's an extra $4 each so full price not a little extra so that they were entitled to the slush (for a family business we were a little surprised) then the chicken wings (not wow) and the red tenders were ok but lukewarm so no more than that! Long before ordering, during the order after the wait! I understand the super beautiful restaurant hype, but the women's toiletries don't have hand soaps! Positive points: refill at will! Price for 2 children's meals, 6 wing meals, 2 tender meals $60:S
