Jukebox Burgers - Laval

Bland is the wors that describes Jukebox food. Although there's a big variety and the choice is big. All the food we ordered was bland and lacks flavor. The meat was black and overcooked, the fries soggy and oily, the chicken dry and you guessed it, bland. Service was so slow and food took more than 30 minutes to arrive.

Staff was nice, ambiance was cool but I'm sorry to say that the food was not good at all. Nachos were basically chip dust with salsa and velveeta, the wings were cold. All 4 burgers way over cooked and dry. Macaroni bites were OK, but served with velveeta dipping sauce.
Unfortunately it will be a one time stop for us.

First time went there and I have to say I was really captured by the design as a fan of the 50’s and 60’s they have really managed to capture both decades in one simple place.
The booths were very comfortable.
The menu is huge just like how they had it back then, not talking about selection but the actual size.
I wasn’t very hungry so I ordered a poutine. I often add salt to my poutine but this was my first time I don’t perfectly seasoned for me. However, here is why the 4 stars for food. The plate of the poutine should be changed it should be a bowl not a flat plate, the amount of smoked meat should be a bit more.
Love love love their fries. My friend ordered their Elvis burger he enjoyed it.
I almost forgot to mention I also ordered a vanilla Oreo milkshake and that was the best milkshake I have ever had ever. The best part about it they bring you the extra shake and you get to slurp it.
Over all we really had fun totally recommend it. My bill with tips was less than 40$ love it

After being turned away from walking in at 9 pm the last time, we reserved a table for 8pm, we show up today at the restaurant and found it closed. WHY?

Amazing service, our waiter’s/ waitress’ have always been a pleasure. The burgers are so juicy and they have many sides to pick from!

Service is terrible , arrive 10 minutes late and they will ignore u , didn’t even ask if we wanted something to drink

What kind of a business dosent sell you a milkshake when you arrive 11 minutes before they close something that takes minutes to make. Horrible service and there are ways to speak to customers.

Extremely poor service, there was only me and a couple other tables, place was practically empty, took ages for my order to be taken, the wait for the food was good timing, then when I had finished I had to wait 30 minutes before my waitress came over, I put my knife and fork together, pushed the plate away from myself to make it clear I was finished and was sat watching her from a distance waiting for her to catch my eye but she was stood behind the counter talking or on her phone. Multiple other waitresses walked by me, could see I was finished but think they felt it wasn't their place to serve me which is fair enough as my waitress should have been paying attention and not on her phone. I was then waiting to order my dessert and a different waitress approached and said my original waitress is now dealing with a big group so she could take my order, the second waitress was very friendly and attentive. When it came to paying, the second waitress is who came and cleared my table and went to get my bill, the first waitress then came to take the payment so I did not leave a tip as she did not deserve one, if the second waitress had come over she would have been tipped because she was very friendly and didn't leave me waiting for over half an hour. Mac and cheese just tasted of pepper. The brownie sundae was really good though.

It was just ok. Service was not great. Hamburger was not impressive. The sauce of the Mac and cheese was to watery. Not good at all.

We usually go to the DDO location but had a great experience here! We were a group of 40 and Diego, Giordana and the rest of the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved this place! Pure 50s diner vibes: burgers, shakes, and music that makes you want to dance. Food was amazing, service was spot-on. I’m already planning my next visit.
