She took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, and checked in just enough without being overbearing. Bao bun was full flavour but only had carrots, should have had at least a second vegetable. Shiitake shrimp just tasted like the mushrooms. Karaage was good. Tonkotsu ramen had delicious broth but the pork was just alright.

Very yummy ramen. The soup was flavorful and noodles cooked just right (not overcooked). The tonkotsu is smoked instead of braised, which is very unique. Service was speedy. Great experience!
