The food is great here. The place a bit small. Service could be faster but staff friendly.

Visited multiple times and WAS a very enjoyable place but last 1-2 shows a big downgrade in service and quality of food.

It seems there is only 1 waiter and he seems overwhelmed. Takes time to welcome customers and even forgot the give us the menu after being seated. We had to get the menu ourselves.

Food quality was worst, super salty broth and doesn't seems fresh anymore. Ramen was undercooked and clumped together. While we kinda like a lot of meat the pork slices were super thick too. No effort in building the bowl for a good presentation too. Gyozas kept on getting smaller and smaller too.

While I loved this place, I wont be visiting for a while now. I hope you take this review positively and bounce back.

I placed an order to pick up.. When I got home and opened the package (so sad I didn’t check it before), I realized it was totally wrong. One soup was supposed to be with beef, but I saw only sausages. Instead of the chicken fried rice I ordered, I received pork ramen. When I called, the lady replied that she wasn’t the one who took my order and that the guy had already left. I wanted to resolve the issue, but nobody was willing to help. So disappointing — I definitely don’t recommend this place for pickup.

I have the Tonkotsu ramen. The soup is very good - rich and milky. Other than that everything is just average. Other stuff like karrage and calamari are not really impressive.

Fantastic Ramen place. The broth is really rich and the noodles are needy. Definitely go for the Tonkotsu ramen! Delicious 😋

The food was great but the menu is kinda confusing there isn’t enough description for the food. By the end of the day the food was great the atmosphere was amazing. The service could use some work.

The food is not great, the only good thing was the bun which was flavourful. The waitress took the wrong order and argued that she couldn’t change the food so we just let it go. Honestly, it’s not that waw.

Amazing ramen, but what really made the experience unforgettable was Nina’s customer service! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with genuine warmth and a big smile. She took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, and checked in just enough without being overbearing. You can tell she truly cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. The ramen itself was delicious—rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and fresh toppings

Bao bun was full flavour but only had carrots, should have had at least a second vegetable. Shiitake shrimp just tasted like the mushrooms. Karaage was good. Tonkotsu ramen had delicious broth but the pork was just alright.
