Wonderful café with amazing service! We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and the owner was kind enough to welcome us and made me a smoked salmon sandwich from scratch and it was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was cozy, the food was fresh, and the service was genuinely thoughtful. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to like this place because it’s close to where I live but the service is just not good. I’ve been 3 times and the owner is just plain rude and unfriendly. The coffee is good though but then again, so is Milano’s and Parma. It’s all about the service at the end of the day.

I was craving an Italian deli sandwich for a minute and I am glad I found Kaffeteca not too far from the West Island. The sandwich and salad were delicious, I have no complains, however I did knock 1 point down for their coffee. The flat white was slightly disappointing. They seem to have all the right equipment to churn out great tasting espressos.

We went here after our Costco run on a Saturday morning— it’s only 3 minutes away! We enjoyed our coffee and paninis, owner/staff were very friendly and gave our toddler a free cookie since they were closing at noon. Highly recommend and the service was very fast as well! ☺️☺️

Kaffeteca Laval is such a vibe. Cozy, welcoming, and feels like family the second you walk in. The owner is seriously one of the most generous and caring person — you can tell he puts his heart into the place.
The coffee? Incredible. Smooth, bold, and made right every time. And don’t sleep on the food — the steak & capicollo sandwich is 🔥.
Whether you’re grabbing a quick espresso or staying for lunch, this spot is 100% worth it. One of my faves in Laval! I definitely recommend ☺️
This place feels like home. The owners are the friendliest, and the staff is always super happy and accommodating. They are the perfect neighborhood lunch stop, combining Italian classics with a Canadian twist. I have been here hundreds of times and cannot recommend it enough! The chef, Gianni, is constantly switching things up with different daily soups and salads so customers like myself don’t get bored. They have ruined all other coffee places for me, as nothing compares to their Barista blend. Luckily, they do sell it so I get to drink it from home, but it’s never the same. Nothing compares to Mario’s cappuccinos!! If you’re looking for a pizza or sandwich in Laval and want to support a family business with delicious food and incredible coffee, this is the place for you!
