We visited this place yesterday afternoon. Both the waitress and hostess forgot to give us all the menus, and as a result, our options were very limited. No options to fix our issue, no customer service, it was a very disappointing experience. what a waste of money

Great food and excellent service!
The sushi was fresh, high-quality, and beautifully presented. Every bite was delicious, and you could really taste the freshness of the ingredients.
The service was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and efficient.
The only downside is the interior, which could be improved to create a more inviting atmosphere.
However, the amazing food and great service definitely make up for it. Recommend this place for anyone who loves good sushi!

The welcome was meh, they left us standing while she saw you.
Food level it’s cold, the crispy food tasted like it’s been made very quickly ago. The wasabi was just a tasteless green paste that didn't sting at all.

Extremely disappointed with our experience the service is poor! The red-haired woman at reception has a terrible attitude, really no warm welcome, you have the impression of being a nuisance. Extremely long to receive an order that ended up incomplete. The wonton soup was simply terrible. I don't recommend it at all.

I had a disappointing experience at Kanda Sushi. The red-haired waitress was rude and unprofessional—she barely acknowledged us and seemed annoyed when we asked questions. The service was slow. It really affected the overall experience, even though the food was decent and let not forgot I found in the salmon sashimi a bones

I am really disappointed by the reception at Kanda Sushi. The waitress with red hair was clearly disinterested and seemed annoyed as soon as we arrived. She didn't even smile at us, she had a bad attitude and looked shaky arrogant. For a restaurant of this reputation, I expected much better. It's a shame, because the food is good, but the attitude of the staff really leaves something to be desired.

No atmosphere, no smile, they don't take debit so make sure you have your credit card or cash!
The waitress with the red hair clearly doesn't like her job and all the bad comments on this page are about her, it might be time to do something with her! We ask her a question, she doesn't answer and you can see that in her face we've disturbed her! Entoucas was the first and last time for me, don't waste your money there there are much better all you can eat places with much better service and better quality food.

We went for a party, they let us in early which is good. BE CAREFUL, they do not take debit, only credit or cash (Otherwise they have an ATM but of course it has fees) The food was good, we tasted a little bit of everything. Space is a little tight on the bench seats a lot. The waiters were nice, especially the one with long hair (Thank you, your service is incredible). It's not really accessible for people with disabilities, the parking lot is quite far from the restaurant and the toilets are on the second floor. The atmosphere is ok, the lights keep flashing and there were lots of little kids running around. 7/10, I will return with fewer people.
