Overall this is the best boba place anybody could possibly go to and I HIGHLY recommend it.

The best ?in town, friendly owner and I recommend the green tea with lime, a delight.

Good! You can see the difference once the Henri-Bourassa dude steps in. BBT are delicious now after their renovation.

I asked is the orange fresh she said yes then I see someone mixing powder and water to make "orange juice" tasted like disgusting flavourd syrup water definitely NOT orange juice this sucks for 4 more dollars you can get real orange juice with better strawberry popping balls.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. They didn't want to honor a points cards. It was buy 8 drinks get 1 small free. They told me the points system is on a app now so they weren't accepting the cards anymore. To me that just shows that they couldn't care less about costumer service. The employee at the cash had to ask another girl about the card. She couldn't even look at me to say sorry we aren't accepting these anymore. She just looked like a miserable person with attitude. The guy at the cash said sorry, and asked if I would like to order something anyways. I might have if it wasn't for the attitude of that girl. Clearly they lost a costumer. Not that they care. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. Plenty of other great bubble tea stores in carrefour laval with fantastic costumer service.

I'm a big fan of bubble tea! Especially L2 bubble tea…. However, it frustrates me a little that the employees are not in the mood and when I am about to open my bubble….I find a hair in it…you can't see it clearly in the photos but I I have a fairly clear video in which you see me removing my hair…..

The bubble teas are delicious, but every time I go there, the service is terrible... The employees are always stupid and seem bored when asked about the menu. After a few visits, even though the products are good, I decided not to come back! Damage !
