La Belle & La Boeuf - Burger Bar - Laval - Centropolis

Tout était parfait, sauf la musique qui était trop forte, il était difficile d'avoir une discussion

Nous avons eu un problème car nous voulions des cocktails sans alcool et ils n'avaient pas les fruits pour les faire, donc nous n'étions pas contents des invités.

Food was delicious as always. Very fast service, waitress was attentive. Booking online, they ask if it is a special occasion. It was and I mentioned it but nothing was done. Its not the first time this happens, including other restaurants. Im beginning to think that they don't bother looking at that dropbox at all in general. Nevertheless, great place to eat!

Notre serveur était Olivier et j'espère que next Time ce sera encore lui !! Un bon jack !!! 😉

Untrained staff, took 45 min for 2 burgers . Food was cold , bun was wet . Way overpriced for the awful experience. This is a BAR not a Restaurant. I have eaten at other Belle et la Boeuf and had a good experience . Centropolis location is obviously managed by someone who should not be in the hospitality business

Places to eat outside and inside, very welcoming staff and good seating. The food took around 25mins to come which is good ( we were a table of 3). Our waitress was super sweet. Overall a good experience!

Had the King Kong burger with a few friends sitting by the terrace, we had a great time. Our waiter was very enthusiastic, hype, and had a nice vibe; he even jumped in on a few of our conversations but without intruding or bothering us.

The noise level inside the restaurant is unbarrable, music way too loud even if the inside was empty while the terrasse was full. We left after five minutes.

We ordered burgers with sweet potatoe fries they were not fresh nor good the server also did not inform us that they will charge us $5 extra for the sweet potatoes fries. I went there two years ago and they had the best sweet potatoe fries when I mentioned it to the server the answer was that they haven’t changed the fries…
I had invited my friend and her son she does not think she will come again.

Tout était parfait, mais la musique était beaucoup trop forte je n'entendais pas très bien les personnes à ma table lorsqu'ils parlaient alors que nous étions seulement 4, donc nous étions relativement proche!
