Disappointing experience. We waited about 15 mins to get any contact from staff after being seated. After ordering from waiter, we almost immediately requested a change to a staff member to our order but were chastised by our waiter for not seeking him out for change. Food came out quickly but other than a fly by ‘is all good?” we were never acknowledged by staff again. No water, no check-ins. Eating out is no longer easy for restaurants or clientele but act like you want people there. Will not visit again.

J’ai été au restaurant l’académie Laval avec la famille y a une semaine, on a adoré la nourriture, le steak était très délicieux et juteux. Le service est incroyable avec une bonne ambiance. Les enfants ont le droit de manger gratuitement le dimanche 😍

This restaurant has been open for several years in Centropolis, but I really doubt its future.
Yesterday, my partner, our 7 year old daughter and I went there. The hostess was welcoming, which is the only good point to remember. No one even bothered to bring us a bucket for our bottle of white wine. We had to ask the waitress to open it, and the way she looked, it looked like she was going to throw the corkscrew at us so we could do it ourselves.
After 15 minutes of waiting, she finally came back to take our order. The delays in receiving our dishes were unacceptable, the vegetables were barely cooked, and the juice and dessert from my daughter's children's menu were never brought. When I mentioned this when paying, she was generous enough to tell me that they didn't charge for juice and dessert, since they were included in the menu. One of the worst services I have ever encountered. I really think my waitress should consider another career. P.S. I left a 0% tip and honestly it didn't bother me at all.
