Le Mandala Céramique

Nice experience, but their cappuccino is very small: you have to have more than one to be satisfied. The children loved the activity. Little tip: opt for small ceramics and taste several drinks to fully enjoy them.

Very good spot for a date night

Warning bad experience ⚠️:

We came on a Saturday evening with 5 people to spend 3 hours at this place.
A bistro is offered, but all that remained were sandwiches and nachos whose cheese was not grilled.
At the end, we were told that it was not possible to make an appointment and that we had to come back in 14 days to collect our creations.

14 days later, only 2 of our 6 creations are available. We were told that the rest was in the oven and that we had to come back in 15 days. Please note that the invoice mentions 14 days. We are given our creations without packaging them.

As the employees were not able to confidently answer our questions, a call was made to the manager in order to demystify everything and she explained to us that it is 14 WORKING days. Compensation is offered which we refuse, despite unnecessary travel and gifts that we will not be able to offer on the planned date. We suggested that the manager train her staff so as not to convey incorrect information and to make corrections to her policy/invoice.

I do not recommend this place due to poor customer service.

Beautiful place, clean, lit and well organized. There isn't a huge choice of ceramics and they are a little expensive for my taste. As for the pebbles, $5 for 2 that fit in the palm of your hand. Lots of paint choices that are specific to ceramics and pebbles.

10:15 a.m. no staff on site when the site indicates 10:00 a.m. the earlier opening time disappointing

We were there tonight. The place is adorable and peaceful. Even though more people arrived, it never got loud or crowded. Nice background music. Great lighting. Ceramic Cafe may have more selection of ceramics but Le Mandala has enough to chose from. Prices for activity, coffee and food are pretty good. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

We were really satisfied after our experience at Mandala! The place is super cute and clean! The staff is very friendly! You have great selection of ceramics and the price for the food is cheap and makes sense. We recommend to go with your kids and enjoy a fun time! We will be going back!!

It's a really great and peaceful place. I had never really been interested in this type of thing, so I went a little backwards. But, WOW, the result of my pottery is truly intoxicating. Can't wait to go back.
