I had an amazing experience at le SECRET NUTRITION in Laval! I tried one of their step classes, and it was so much fun! What really blew me away were their pre- and post-workout drinks and shakes – they are SO DELICIOUS! You can tell they put a lot of thought into making them both tasty and effective... and most importantly, so easy to digest!
A special shoutout to Maya and Masa – they are so friendly and welcoming! They made me feel right at home and answered all my questions with so much enthusiasm. I highly recommend checking this place out, whether you’re looking for quick and delicious nutrition options, getting back in shape, or just an energizing drink with a side of positive vibes! 💪🍹✨
Great place for healthy drinks that are low in sugar & calories.
The smoothies are a meal replacement and they keep me full for several hours, on top of being delicious and not too sweet, they are jam packed with vitamins & minerals.
I love how there is variety of flavors to choose from, I’ve already tried quite a few and they are all very tasty. Tea bombs are just as good and perfect to have in the summer.

I love it sooo much!! the combo mega tea and shake!! my favorite flavors are greengusher tea and turtle cheesecake shake?!! The service is amazing and the ambiance also is really nice!! love to go there for a quick lunch?
