I've been ordering fresh, ready-to-eat meals for about ten years. I've tried a dozen popular home meal delivery services. I am extremely picky when it comes to cooking. Les 3 Maîtres Gourmands is by far the best catering service offering individual meal delivery. Their fresh meals are tasty, balanced (vegetables, homemade starch and quality protein) and a good portion for dinner. They may not offer a choice of 12 different meals per week, but the choices offered are delicious, unlike other services tried where there is a 50/50 chance that the meal will be "edible". 3MG's meals are homemade (and not on a large assembly line, like most other competitors). Their delivery service is accommodating and can even deliver in the evening. The only downside: the meals really keep fresh for a maximum of 4 days, their packaging not being sealed (3 days for seafood). For a few dollars more per meal than competitors, the portions/quality of ingredients are truly superior. Overall, I highly recommend 3MG!
