Un lieu que je fréquente à l’occasion et qui ne déçoit jamais.
Chez Les Insulaires, on vient d’abord pour la bière — et on reste pour l’expérience. La Phare et la Lux brillent franchement parmi leurs créations : chacune bien construite, expressive, avec cette touche d’élégance qui fait qu’on y revient.
Le Blanton’s Old Fashioned m’a aussi franchement séduit : soigné, précis, avec juste ce qu’il faut d’aplomb.

C’est un de mes spots favoris à Laval! Des bons plats, des bonnes bières et du staff vraiment génial comme les propriétaires! Je suis triste depuis leur fermeture de Décembre 2024 pour cause d’un malin feu! Mais comme le Phoenix ils vont revenir plus fort et en forme! J’ai hâte d’y retourner!!!
