A loyal customer of Lov for years, I went there as a couple, I brought my friends, my children... I will never set foot there again with the founder's innocent comment in La Presse. A cheese is classified as “processed” regardless of whether it is vegan or not. I understand the idea of wanting to expand the customer base but he should not have participated in misinformation about veganism in this way. Damage.

The Big LOV burger wasn't any worse... But the fries were lousy. Please next time it is better to throw away the remaining mini fries of the day instead of having them delivered..thank you

Like the other LOV locations, this one is beautiful inside. Food is good but prices keep getting higher and higher. Excellent service and staff. Easy parking.

I ordered a drink that I didn't like because it was way to sweet. When I asked the waitress if I could change it for something else, she told me that it's everyone's favorite and basically invalidated my own experience. She eventually accepted and asked what I wanted instead. I asked her for a glass of wine and specifically asked for this one because it was the same price as the previous cocktail. When I received my bill, I noticed that I got charged *$23.00* for a single glass of wine. When I asked the waitress, why I got charged so much, she simply said that she charged me for a big glass of wine (8oz instead of 5oz), which I never asked for. I worked in service for years, and normally, when a customer doesn't like what they received, you simply bring it back and replace it. Really bad experience overall. I genuinely feel like the waitress charged me this much just because she was "annoyed" with me.

I am sure there was a valid reason for the service we experienced yesterday. We sat down to eat at 715 and only left at 930. The main reason for this was that it took a long time for the server to take our order, around 20 minutes. Our food took a long time to come out. Our Entrees took about 30 minutes after we ordered them to come to us. One of us ordered a drink and they forgot it twice. We waited about one hour and 30 minutes for the drink. A part from that, Our experience was good.
Je ne suis pas vegan ou végétarien , hier soir c'était pour célébrer les 25 ans d'une jeune dame. c'est elle qui avait choisi votre endroit car elle est vegan , mon épouse et moi avons été agréablement surpris, belle présentation , bonne nourriture et un bel endroit propre.

We went there on August 31 for my bachelorette for dinner, the waitress was excellent! The food is excellent, the squid starter (hearts of palm) was better than real squid, the coconut curry was tasty and nutritious, the crème brûlée was decadent. We are not disappointed!
