I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. From the start, I had to change 5 to 6 plates because they were extremely dirty, just like the forks and spoons. The hygiene standards are clearly lacking.
The service was non-existent: I had to ask for bread and napkins myself, and the waiter didn’t even bother to come to our table to refill our drinks. No follow-up, no attention to customers.
Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are much better places for the same price, with at least basic cleanliness and service.

Even though overall it was ok but the meat was cold when the restaurant was empty. Expected better. Prices are too high for the quality and quantity of the dishes
Worst experience ever, the waiter said that it comes with two kinds of kebab plates and they only gave us one. We confronted the waiter and he changed completed his narrative. They didn’t want to give a compensation. Don’t go to this place, they’ll scam you.

Expensive, small portions and staff demotivated making me feel like I’m disturbing them when I make order and we didn’t order dessert as we were not comfortable to do so.
This restaurant is becoming increasingly capitalistic, focusing on making a quick profit rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction and long-term success. They have adopted a new tactic to trick customers: while the prices for dishes are higher than the competition, and even the worst thing they do, the listed high price only covers the meat. The side dishes, which are typically included at similar restaurants (e.g., potato fries, salad, etc.), are charged separately here, at a high price too. Additionally, there's no basket of bread provided, which is also an extra charge.
After adding the cost of the sides and bread, the total price of the dish ends up being twice what is listed on the menu, and double the price of the same dish at competing restaurants. Even napkins are not provided unless you specifically ask for them.
While the food is good, the value for money is terrible. You can get the same quality and service elsewhere for 50% less

They don't even know how to talk on the phone, no politeness and to find a solution to not come he finds prices of $180 to avoid customers

Got 2kg of mixed meats from them. Worst Mashawe I’ve ever had. The meats were all overcooked, and the taste was very disappointing.
Lylac used to be good, but the quality really dropped recently. I will not be ordering from them anymore.

Everything was great with one problem, very small portion for each food plate. For the amount of money being paid, you expect a bit more.
