This is in regards to my last 2 UberEats orders, where products are always missing. I realise that there is a lot going on, especially as someone who worked in the food service industry for over 25 years, but the lack of care that I have seen in my orders and the inability to package my orders with all my items is frustrating. They have made the choice to use UberEats as a way to make money then they need to maintain service quality. Considering how many options I have you're right I can go elsewhere.

Save yourself from ordering the Louisiane burger, it was awful unfortunately.. the bacon inside was hard like rock and the chicken was nowhere near fresh, how can you even serve a cold burger?? the pasta was good at least

Food was great. The problem was the workers. We just finished eating at Madame Poulet. The date is Tuesday, August 26, 2025 and the time was between 5:30 to 6. Left the date so you guys know who worked.
First off, they looked all pissed off and we ordered a 4 piece chicken tender combo. The lady at the cash vérifiée by repeating « 4 piece combo? » which we replied saying yes. She gave us just the chicken, not the combo and still charged me for the combo. When we told her, she sucked her teeth at me and gave me attitude as if I was the one that made the mistake. Don’t know what her problem was but that is not good customer service. We were robbed

if I could give this place a 0.00, l would my order took 30 min !! my drink was warm, The bread was hard, the bacon was under cooked, my poutine was cold, NO AC, tables were dirty !!! what a waste of $25 … i wanted to leave after waiting 15 min, he said he could not reimburse !!

The lady at the counter was so rude and agressive. I could barely hear her and when I asked what she said, she pointed at the menu agressively with her finger. I waited 25 minutes for the combo and she almost tossed it on me and it was the wrong order. She gave me the right order after, but at this point I wanted a refund. I would never recommend this place. Plus, the food has no taste. What an unpleasant atmosphere.
I ordered a chicken burger i received 3 chicken stripes between 2 pieces of bred and 1 slice of pickle. Feeling sad and confused. And the lady at the counter has no business taking orders from clients. Super akward and has a hard time speaking up. Its a restaurant not a library but hey maybe its just me. At least they got the fries right hence the 2 stars.
