I have not been to Madison for a long time. I forgot how good the food is. I had the salmon and it was perfectly cooked. My husband had the chicken breast and he really enjoyed it.

We were pleasantly surprised! My only critique is the calamari was a bit oily and the oil did not taste fresh. The Long Island Ived Teas were outstanding. We were especially appreciative of Joanne who did an amazing job. Merci beaucoup Montreal!

The restaurant is amazing! The food was so good and Lucy was fabulous, she’s super friendly and very professional. I’d definitely recommend this place! Thanks for the amazing experience.

As usual it was a nice afternoon and evening And the food was delicious, Ate my usual and loooved the mocktail virgin strawberry mojito! Make sure to mix it well when you get it!

I hadn’t been to this resto in a while and boy was I disappointed, although the staff and service was ok but the portions gone downhill we were a group of 6 every single person said the same thing , won’t return until they make a change , charge more put more I don’t care but my plate of ribs was just sad

I’ve been to Madison’s many times over the years—for lunches, drinks, dinner parties, and birthdays—and have always had a good experience, which makes this last visit all the more disappointing.

We were there last Friday for a birthday dinner, and unfortunately, it was the worst service I’ve had at this restaurant. While the hostess was very welcoming, our waiter was rude and inattentive. My meal arrived with the wrong side, and the steak was undercooked. On top of that, the waiter got into a loud argument with the food runner right in front of us, using inappropriate language. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable for everyone at the table.

To make matters worse, I found a hair in my food. I was given the meal for free due to all the issues, but the experience had already been soured. My husband also ordered his steak medium well, and it arrived red inside—not acceptable, especially in a place that prides itself on quality. I’ve worked in a steakhouse before, and this just didn’t meet the standard.

It’s upsetting because I’ve always enjoyed coming here with friends, coworkers, and family. I hope this was just an off night, but it really left a bad impression.

The food is very good and the service is excellent, the chicken pieces are well grilled and tasty. The salmon is also well grilled, juicy, and flavorful. The ribs are not too sweet, and there is no smell. Keep up the good work 👏
