I hadn’t been to this resto in a while and boy was I disappointed, although the staff and service was ok but the portions gone downhill we were a group of 6 every single person said the same thing , won’t return until they make a change , charge more put more I don’t care but my plate of ribs was just sad

I’ve been to Madison’s many times over the years—for lunches, drinks, dinner parties, and birthdays—and have always had a good experience, which makes this last visit all the more disappointing.

We were there last Friday for a birthday dinner, and unfortunately, it was the worst service I’ve had at this restaurant. While the hostess was very welcoming, our waiter was rude and inattentive. My meal arrived with the wrong side, and the steak was undercooked. On top of that, the waiter got into a loud argument with the food runner right in front of us, using inappropriate language. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable for everyone at the table.

To make matters worse, I found a hair in my food. I was given the meal for free due to all the issues, but the experience had already been soured. My husband also ordered his steak medium well, and it arrived red inside—not acceptable, especially in a place that prides itself on quality. I’ve worked in a steakhouse before, and this just didn’t meet the standard.

It’s upsetting because I’ve always enjoyed coming here with friends, coworkers, and family. I hope this was just an off night, but it really left a bad impression.

The food is very good and the service is excellent, the chicken pieces are well grilled and tasty. The salmon is also well grilled, juicy, and flavorful. The ribs are not too sweet, and there is no smell. Keep up the good work 👏

Why bother and book if you have to wait for 15 mn?????????? No excuses. No one apologizing. Food is good but the person managing the floor should take some lessons in Hospitality

Excellent food and service

We had a large group event here in their private space mezzanine, for 60 people, including 20 young kids. Managers Jon and Sophie were so helpful, welcoming and professional. Our servers did an amazing job with our group, courteous, attentive. The food and drinks were excellent! I absolutely recommend this space for your next event!

Many thanks to all for making my (Marlene's) surprise 60th birthday supper a very memorable one. From the hostess to the chefs, waitress (Theresa), manager and all other staff members, I sincerely thank you for all your hard work, time and efforts.

Everything was enjoyed by all, ambience was nice and our table location was great too.

Have been going to the madisons in ste Dorothee laval near Sampson for a while now and have not been disappointed. The food is excellent especially their burgers and chicken breast with vegetables and fries. Service is also fantastic from the server's like Fanny, Terry and the rest of the staff who make your visit a memorable one day or night. Take it from me you won't find a better place to indulge your food fantasy and gratification. Enjoy
