6 months ago, I ordered the peanut satay salad at the Laval branch and discovered an exceptional explosion of fresh herb flavor (coriander, mint, basil). Additionally, the portion was generous and everything was excellent. On Christmas Eve, I order two Satsy Peanut Salads with the intention of serving an entrée for 6 people. I announce to everyone the exceptional herbal flavor that awaited them. What a disappointment to find that NO herbs were present, not even a little hint of taste memory, NOTHING! Disappointed, embarrassed in front of my guests, and above all very irritated at being sold a product that does not keep its promises. I would like to know from Mandys what happened on Christmas Eve, yet there were no shortages of mint, coriander and basil in the grocery stores. Dishonest! Could I have an explanation please?

While waiting for my order a customer came in complaining her salad wasn’t dressed although she asked for it. Please look at my salad and receipt and tell me this is well dressed? At $30 I expect the order to be accurate. Sherbrooke location would never.

Very disappointed with the service at this location. The manager is also very rude and unprofessional - gives mean girl energy. Make sure to triple check your salads before leaving this location as they always get it wrong.
