First of all, employees there were in their pajamas while making the food, second, I ordered a sprite and got given some damn lemon sparkling water, which y'all don't even sell. Third, I also ordered a grilled Buffalo chicken wrap and the chicken was not properly cooked. I even ordered a grilled chicken poutine and they gave me crispy chicken. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. And the waiting? God, THAT WAS HORRIBLE! had to wait damn near 20 mins and there was not even that many people.

Service au volant interminable. Ma voiture est resté stationnaire plus de 15 minutes une fois ma commande passé. Quelques voitures ont faites marche arrière pour partir tellement l'attente était longue. J'ai fini par faire marche arrière égalememt pour partir tellement le service était lent. Je n'y retournerais pas. Le Mc Donald sur la 440 n'est pas très loin et offre un service bcp plus rapide.

The burgers were delicious and cooked to perfection. However, the service was incredibly slow, which detracted from the overall experience. It was frustrating to see order numbers being cleared for pickup when the food was not yet ready. This system caused confusion and unnecessary waiting for customers. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of order accuracy and service speed.
