at night the guy work inside didnt see outside drivers are waiting for skip uber etc .he only taking care of the drive through order ..The order is already ready and again i have to wait for 35 minutes to get the order

Not once have i gotten a straw or my sauces when i come here. I know im at a McDonald's and its crappy food but the crappy service is the cherry on top :/. I wish workers would try harder.

Extremely disappointing visit. I came in around 4:50 PM and was met with bad service, long wait times, and staff who clearly didn’t want to be there.

To the ladies working: if you’re not happy at your job, leave the spot for someone who actually wants to work. Your attitude shows, rude, unbothered, and careless. My order wasn’t even right, and no one cared enough to fix it or apologize. Just standing around with zero motivation.

Won’t be returning. Place seriously needs better management and staff who understand what customer service means.

Super slow service. This is the second time I’m getting my order wrong - downgrade. Order large fries and double Big Mac… got regular fries and regular big mac.

I notice once i got home. Of course they charge me full price!

Consistently has Ridiculously long wait times. They don't offer water cups. You have to pay for a water bottle. ? None of the ordering self-serve machines issue a receipt. The order screen is never up to date. The handicap access outside is not operational. The second one inside also not operational. No soap in the restrooms . One of the two sinks in the restrooms is not operational. Completely miserable experience ordering here. The restaurant is dirty.

Wheelchair accessibility: Awful. You should not try to enter this store. Drive through only.
