I dont go often for food, service is slow and during the summer months, ice cream machine always a problem with it. Either it's not taken care of properly or the people who work there are lazy.

The Youth

I've got no monopoly coupons with my order! The monopoly event is supposed to end on the 4th November. The cashier told me that for this McDonald is over. Then remove your stupid sign at the front !?
It's just false advertising for me as a customer and I'll never go there again!

The elderly lady behind the counter is really not very friendly! I say excuse me for asking her for utensils, she analyzes me, continues on her way, turns around, stares at me again and says “what? » in a stupid tone.

Not because I'm younger that you have to treat me as lesser, my old lady! So come home!

Since the renovations which date back 3 years maybe if I'm wrong...... It's a mess.
Every time we go there, either you're waiting, no service, it's wrong, the employees seem exhausted. We witnessed a customer ask a question and it took 15 minutes before he got help because clearly PS 1 was capable of helping him. It's just horror.
From one time to the next it's always the same.
It's sad because at the time, this McDonald's was great.
Maybe it's a configuration, I don't know, but they just seem to be too far back in the kitchen, going around in circles, rather than actually serving.
When I'm in line, I listen to the customers a lot and that's what comes back, the management is all crooked.

Since your former best employee (Daniel) left, it's been catastrophic ever since! These other incompetent employees who remain standing on their cell phones in front of the counter while we wait more than 20 minutes for a simple order! I ordered a medium coffee just so I had to wait fifteen minutes. This makes no sense and I am very disappointed!!!! McDonald's Fabreville hasn't been the same since Daniel left. If it were still there, there would be a very big difference in effectiveness. Even my children are sad that he is no longer among them. And more than that we came specifically to see it with the cleanliness and the atmosphere it gave to the customers, the children and including the fact who liked the job (compare to the employees now). He made sure everything was to our liking, he also shared balloons with the children, enlivening them with his humor. It gave life. But now I have nothing more to say! I have lost hope for this McDonald's. Sorry to tell you, but until you find another guy like Daniel, I won't come back here for the rest of my life. Period!
