McDonald’s is honestly one of my favorite fast-food spots. Every time I go, the food is fresh, hot, and made really fast. The fries are always crispy and perfectly salted, and they’re probably the best part of the meal. The burgers are simple but super satisfying, especially when you’re really hungry. I also like their Chicken McNuggets because they’re crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Another thing I like about McDonald’s is how quick and easy everything is. You can order at the counter, use the self-serve screens, or even order on your phone. The workers usually move fast, so you don’t have to wait long. It’s also not too expensive compared to other places, which makes it a good option when you don’t want to spend a lot of money.
It’s not the healthiest food, but it’s perfect when you just want something tasty and filling. Overall, I’d rate McDonald’s a solid 8/10 because it’s convenient, affordable, and always hits the spot.

I visited this McDonald’s location tonight and, after getting home, discovered pieces of red chips inside my Big Mac. This is unacceptable and disgusting. The presence of chips, an item unrelated to my order, strongly suggests that food was being consumed during sandwich preparation. I sincerely hope these crumbs did not fall from an employee’s mouth into my food, as that would represent a serious and disturbing breach of basic hygiene standards.
Additionally, I ordered nuggets and was specifically asked which sauce I wanted, yet no sauce was included in the bag.
This points to a broader failure in quality control, cleanliness, and attention to detail. It is especially concerning given ongoing price increases while service standards and food handling appear to be deteriorating.
I will not be returning.

Yesterday I made a purchase and there was a mistake in the order, but mistakes happen — it’s not a big deal. The important point is how they responded and corrected the error, which was excellent ,The manager Rami was very friendly. That is why i like McDonald's

If I can give less star I would , the manager name is ray is very unprofessional and a liar . He will charge you the order and the food is missing in the bag and he will accuse you that you ate it in 2 mins ! Be careful everyone check you bag before you leave !!! They are very unprofessional and rude .
