This is the second time that this has happened, so this is why I decided to leave a review. I’ve visited this location on January 3, 2025 and waited more than 15 min to get my order, it was not even that busy I was the only one waiting in the drive through, it happened once before as well when I waited more than 15 min and I had to go Inside to let them know I still didn’t get my order. Last time I had a mobile order with my points and at the cash they said my order was canceled and I had to pay for my order but lost all my points. I’m very disappointed at this branch

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Samson Laval location on December 22 at 3:12 am I arrived at your restaurant approximately one hour before the scheduled menu switch time, only to be informed by the staff that the restaurant was closing early and that I could not be served.
This early closure and refusal of service were highly disappointing, as it was well before the advertised time for the menu change. Not only did this create inconvenience, but it also reflects poorly on the professionalism and customer care expected from a reputable chain like McDonald's.
I request that you investigate this matter and provide an explanation for why this occurred. I also hope steps will be taken to ensure that customers are not subjected to such disruptions in the future, especially when they are arriving well within operating hours.

Out of all the McDonalds locations in the GMA, this is one of the best and quickest plus burgers don't look wrecked when you open them up. Never had a bad experience and late night drive through orders are quick and efficient.

I ordered medium fries and they filled it halfway like a small. 16 year olds shouldn't be hired there. Half the time they don't do the orders properly or they take the wrong order. Don't think I will be going back there anymore 😕 Saturday employees are bad especially the ones that served us. very rude, I must say and to slow for my liking. They gave my daughter the wrong burger and said this is what you ordered. They were supposed to put another cheese in and said they did but my daughter looked at it at home and no double cheese. One of the worst McDonald's ever
