Your employees do not motivate customers - neither with service nor with a smile - it seems that they are serving a sentence here. I understand that this is not an easy job. But guys, come to your senses - there are McDonald's all over the world - but I have not seen such horror as in Canada in any European country - people also work in the same conditions.
