Last week I waited 45 minutes for my food…. Two trio wraps with two drinks. I watched as people got their food before me that ordered after me, and when I finally got my order, it was all cold and the ice was melted in my coffee. terrible service. I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant that makes me wait more than 10 minutes for my order. Today they’ve made me wait 40 minutes for my food. All I ordered was TWO medium fries, a drink, and a chicken wrap. All while they blast inappropriate rap music with a huge client lineup. Seriously. DONT come here. Go to another Mcdonald’s’s or go to another restaurant…

I would like to first contact the developers of the menu on the displays. If, for example, at night you can only pick up an order at the counter - remove the option of serving directly to the table from the menu for that time (as you, for example, remove ice cream from the menu when you are not preparing it). Your employee was in such a hurry to inform me about this when he brought the tray to the table that he even forgot to put a napkin (none) with the hamburger. Your employees do not motivate customers - neither with service nor with a smile - it seems that they are serving a sentence here. I understand that this is not an easy job. But guys, come to your senses - there are McDonald's all over the world - but I have not seen such horror as in Canada in any European country - people also work in the same conditions.
