This McDo is the worst around.
Every order has a mistake or forgotten item.
No cheese this morning.
The other day it was no english muffins.
They have two drive thru lines but don't respect the order that the cars get there, so if you're at the window where the other staff is too busy to take your order, you sit there while cars in the other lane place their orders in front of you. Close one lane!

Worst ever!!! Staff are unprofessional and the employees throw the food in people’s faces at the counter. Also, the service is supposed to be fast but no it takes more than 10 minutes for someone to bring food via drive thru and dine in. Unfortunately not the first this happens.

Bery unprofessional service in drive through had to wait 15 mins and still no response from the person. Meanwhile on the other lane everyone is giving the order and leaving. Its fast food for a reason. People who came later than me already left and still no one to take order from me and the cars behind us .

We went into the store to order for takeout. No one else was waiting at the cash but it seemed like the drive through was busy since it was around lunch time. I ordered the pancake and sausage all day breakfast meal, as well as 2 oreo mcflurrys and a mcmuffin trio. They told us that the order would take longer because there was no pancake or sausage ready. We waited 15 minutes for a pretty simple order. There were over 12 employees working. Once home we realized there was no sausage woth the pancakes and the oreo mcflurrys are barely half full. Very dissatisfied with the waiting time and the missing items.

The employees are rude, non existence customer service. I guess there is no management supervision. My order today was wrong, I got no bill and God forbid if you ask for three mayos. No, I didn't go back, it was a drive through order. Hope somehow to get better.
