We always have a good experience going here to get ice cream but the chairs are always all busy and we can never sit next to the place and eat. Also, I can add that the place is really dirty and it needs some cleaning, I never stayed inside to eat because just looking at the tables makes me want to throw my ice cream in the trash and leave.
But, it's really good although the machines sometimes don't work very well. Overall, I do recommend but only if your 2 to 4 people because the place is not that big.
Not sure what other reviews are talking about... this is OG froyo, amazing flavours and always so refreshing. love the original, nutella, and fruit sorbets are such a hit!!! the toppings are sanitary, they come in little individual cups. price is super reasonable for froyo. such a fun place!
They charge 3.50$ for 100 grams. What you get is not an ice cream. It's water, food coloring powder and glucose. Nothing close to something that you can call Ice cream. When it melts, you get just water. They have different flavors, but in reality all of them are the same, just different colors. Avoid this place at any cost. Waste of time and money.
Not good
I had a truly terrible experience at Menchie’s in Laval. The yogurt ice cream was absolutely disgusting—sickly sweet, watery in texture, and tasted stale. The place was dirty and the toppings bar was messy and poorly maintained, and the staff showed no interest in addressing the issues. When I politely asked for a refund, they refused. It was one of the worst frozen yogurt visits I’ve ever had. I definitely won’t be returning.
Worst experience ever the yogurt was nasty it’s watery not yogurt at all and the fact that most of the flavours were coming out nasty and the refused to give a refund is even worse like I don’t know how this place is still open with how nasty it is.
Very overpriced and not worth it. Didn't even fill my cup halfway through and it costed me like 8$. I could've bought myself a bucket of ice cream with 8$ 😭✌🏼
The frozen yogurt is tasty and nice but the place needs some serious cleaning … too bad because the location is amazing the items are nice they have many choices…
This ice cream is honestly horrible, so watered down and half of the flavors shown actually don't taste at all like it is shown. overpriced. please go to another ice cream place and spare your wallet the price.
Went there, I expected something good, paid 11 dollars and all I get is water down ice. Would not recommend

Way too expensive. 16$ for a cup ( no toppings nothing.. i actually got sick adter eating it .. might be from poor hygiene … not sure either. It was a cold day maybe its not from there. But flu like symptoms. The blue rasberry tastes amazing but has a little after taste of fridge that ruined it … mango is also a good flavour.
The ice cream is disgusting. There was too much sugar and the ice cream was melting the instant it came out the machine. And way too much overpriced. Payed 37$ for 3 cups of ice cream. Don't recommend at all.
ice cream taste like dust . The worker told me he tasted it and that it’s good but really bad . I don’t recommend it . Horrible service .
Good place for frozen yogourt, the best part is the toppings. It's a self yourself, which is nice, but it makes it very easy to put too much in your cup and you end up paying a lot, as it's quite expensive. However, they cather to everyone's need, as you can get lactose free, fat free, dairy free, etc.. Since the pandemic the toppings are in little cups which makes it more sanitary and is better to avoid allergen cross contamination. The spoons are a big downside for me, because they are single use but very thick, it's a huge waste of plastic, I choose to reuse mine.
So disappointing, not at all what frozen yogurt is supposed to be. Frozen yogurt is supposed to be tangy, none of the flavors had anything like that. Tastes like it's more of a frozen dairy dessert than true frozen yogurt. Hardly what Menchie's used to be like.
