Ordered this for Valentine’s Day, almost 3 hours later, still not ready, and they had no idea when it could be. Called once, they told me 20 min, then called back 30 min later, they said no idea. Shit happens in business, but at least be honest and fix it for your customers. Bad experience.

I ordered from this restaurant for takeout. After 3 hours of waiting, and calling to ask when it will be ready, the manager was unhelpful and didn’t care about completing the order. RIDICULOUS SERVICE!

The food is incredible! My husband and I's favorite items are the rockefeller oysters and the saumon fondant. It literally melts in your mouth! Service was impeccable.
The only thing I would say it's to adjust the lightning. I even saw a couple use the flashlight on their cellphone to read the menu. It was so bad and dark that our eyes were hurting. We would've gotten desserts, but we just couldn't stay anymore.
We went to the Yakiniku side 2 times a few weeks ago (downstairs and upstairs) around the same time and the lightning was perfect, maybe do the same on the sushi side too?

My boyfriend and I went on our first date, we were super polite from the start. The sushi? Honestly, awful. I had to spit out two different pieces because they were that bad. The other pieces were just mediocre at best. On top of that, they shorted our order normally 5 pieces should have come, but we got 3. We hadn’t touched a thing; the waiter put it down, and we immediately noticed. We asked, “Aren’t there supposed to be 5 pieces?” She went to get the chef. The chef stormed out, said it was impossible he made a mistake, accused us of lying, even though we hadn’t touched the food. We just had to say, “Okay, thank you,” while he left still furious. It was terrible food, terrible service. Just don’t go there. Avoid this place at all cost it is definitely the worst sushi place you could ever go to in Montreal.

I probably had the best sushi I've ever had in my life. I forget how it's called but it's the one in the temporary menu. A very nice waitress suggested it for us, and wow it didnt disappoint. The rest was amazing, but that one sushi made the whole thing for me. It shouldnt be in the temporary menu.

Great do it yourself Yakiniku experience with a big variety of meat. Well marinated, easy to cook. Great ambiance. You will love the music if you are a millennial lol

Been going there for sometime now, tonight was the night which makes me never want to go back…. Service was horrible, food was extremely bad….I think something changed recently in that place…
Been here a couple times and the sushi is average but overpriced. For that reason, we hadn't been able for a while but I'm celiac so have appreciated they have a gf menu. However, last time I went I had a reaction as they were not careful about cross-contamination. After I ate the appetizer, which they assured me was clean, I noticed crumbs of tempura flakes on the sides of the plate, and later noticed on a main dish as well. But by then it was too late. The waiter apologized and did his best, but the kitchen was not careful, and the manager did very little to make things right and did not really seem to care.
