I placed an order on Uber Eat, I called to get a sauce that I often eat with this soup, without this sauce, the soup does not taste the same. The person I spoke with on the phone was (the manager) very aggressive on the phone, not letting me talk at all and yelling at me saying that I had to pay extra for this sauce! However, when you eat there, they never charge extra for the sauces, on the contrary, they leave it “free for all” on the tables…
When my soup arrived, I found a nice surprise just to put the icing on the top! Well done champion! Last time I did something with Miss Pho!

Best Banh mi in Laval and maybe even in the Mtl region, unpretentious, excellent, friendly service, a sure value!

Worst customer experience of my entire life!! I work in the building (Montmorency space) and I went regularly during my lunch hour because the food is nevertheless excellent. The service was particularly not fast but this time it was lower than low. It should be noted that it is a family business that regularly hires and changes employees from young people with no experience who look at their phones and who do not care about their jobs. Customer service is not their priority. So I sit down and wait 15 minutes before I get up to ask for a glass of water and a menu. 5 minutes later we took my order because once again I had to call them. I order grilled chicken soup with an egg roll starter. I wait another 10 minutes before someone comes to serve me the starter. I ask how long it would take to be told that they don't know. I decide to cancel the soup, the manager apologized which I appreciate but no reproach from the employee and above all no compensation. It's a shame because the food is very good.

Went there a total of 3 times in the span of 6 months with 2 takeouts and 1 dine-in.

For the takeouts I took once a banh mi, and another day spring rolls with a mini soupe tonkinoise (both being appetizers enough for a meal ?‍?). I remember the banh mi being very good, especially for the price and the soup, even after 10 mins, was still very hot! Both the soup and the complementary peanut sauce for the rolls were filled to the rim ^^ The banh mi was also stuffed very well, at least to my liking.

For the in-dining experience, I went there around 12 during the week and the service was really quick. I remember giving my order, barely having the time to read 5 pages of a book and my pho was already on the table! The atmosphere is also enjoyable and the place super well decorated. I’ve seen people online complain about the pho but I personally liked it: it was hot, stuffed with a lot of meat onions etc (i took a đặc biệt) and the broth flavourful enough d(^_^o)

Staff also very polite every time I went there!
