I made an Uber order, I didn't like it, it was mushy, not good, and what's more, I called to ask, he just told me yes, yes, thank you, baye, it was the last time I ordered from them, total flop.

Unfortunately, the experience is not the best. There is no commitment on the size, or even the contents of the tacos. The meat is half cooked and the fries are not salty.

I've been coming here more than three times and always the same service from the same gentleman. He looks at you and pretends not to see you. Since I just want to buy a bottle of water, I want to pay cash so I don't want to use the tablet to order. I see him looking at me and continuing to do his random spots. Neither hello, nor can I help you. It's not the first time he's done it to me and I'm not the only person he's done it to. It is within my rights to be able to pay cash or at least to have explanations if not. I give 0 for the service plus it serves you as if you were forcing it.

The only positive point was the service (fast and courteous) but the food is really ordinary. The price is very high for the average quality of the tacos (which are not tacos at all by the way). I won't come back.

Ordered a taco without any cheese and insisted on the ‘’without any cheese’’. Was correctly indicated on my receipt.

Waited all my lunch break to finally get a taco WITH cheese, get back to my shift with an empty stomach and 15$ less in my bank account.

Never going there again... couldn't even finish the first bite

ordered from uber and when the order came we noticed its missing 2 items missing a milk shake and bueno milkshake uber driver told us that he asked the employee to make sure that its the complete order and still forgot to give him the 2 missing items.I tried calling but they answer and hang up and after that they said to call uber to refund didn’t even apologize for the situation ver unsatisfied of the customer service

The service was really bad and when i wanted to put my order the guy took 20 minutes to even take my order. The sauce was very nasty and the fries on my poutine wasn’t cooked well.

And that's just for Tacos, not even as a trio...

I took two medium of the BBQ and Miami.
They were ok but personally think the mediums should be renamed to small 🤦‍♂️

I ordered a poutine that taste like it was microwaved with cold cheese. My friend ordered what seemed like to be cat food in a wrap. I would not recommend this place to anyone. just go to macdonalds instead. By the way, the place is steamy as hell.

If i could give a grade of 0 i would gladly do so. We came to eat a decent meal for 15$. I took the parisien and my friend took a poutine. The food was disgusting tastes just like cat food. There was also smoke and we could not breath well i think this place deserves a complete makeover. The cheese was still cold in both meals. The meat tasted so industrial. I wonder how nobody wrote a bad review yet. Disappointed 0 ⭐️
