I started on DoorDash after an operation where I couldn't drive (logically) he put spicy sauce at the BBQ places after contacting DoorDash he couldn't do anything so I called the restaurant and he could make some a new one but I have to drive there. I go there because you have to eat well.I arrive home with no cheese sauce from my extra meat that I had started and BBQ sauce flowing everywhere!To err is 100% human, but if you don't know how to do it right, ask for help.

The tacos are very stingy if you want a taco worthy of the size of a French taco take the size L. The smallest taco at the price of a luxury taco. $9 for a waffle-sized taco? And also avoid fries with cheese sauce.Vegetarian options: To taste
They charge a crazy price of almost 30 dollars a taco and I got 2 I was super underwhelmed by not only the look of the taco being that its more a wrap but the lack of passion and the food tasted like cardboard why I don't know probably cause 1/3 of the taco was fries if not

Food was absolutely disgusting I had to force myself to eat itI ordered a Miami wrap way too much sauce the texture is grossI even ordered a Philly steak poutine I took one bite and I threw the rest out it’s absolutely unfortunate I was really looking forward to a decent meal I heard only good things about this place but it was absolutely horrific was my first and last time I’m ever going thereLack off staff tables are dirty just awful very disappointed not only was the food inedible it was expensive as well the poutine a wrap and a bottle of water costed me 40$ then they want you to leave a tip yet it’s a machine you put the order in yourself

Be careful with the prices. Every condiment is extra but they don’t tell you until you get the shocking bill! $11.99 for a student special but after you a pickle, pepper, beans etc… turns too $19.00 + taxes!

So the first time I went the restaurant was empty and these bluds completely forgot to make my food????…… The second time I went they forced me to use the digital screen to order but it didn’t even work then we told them and they screamed at us but we finished by getting it at the cashier. At the end they gave us the wrong order. It’s not even that good. Near place bell there’s POULET ROUGE WERE THEY GIVE YOU FREE FOOD FOR A 5 STAR REVIEW. Poulet rouge better??✅✅

I took a Calvary tenderbacon, it looked like cheese soup, it had so much chicken and fries, it didn't taste good because of the amount of cheese, you could barely see the chicken. You couldn't even eat it all because of the cheese. And what about the price 20$ with a coke and taxes no thanks it's over for

Disclaimer: Please don’t send any hate to the staff or parties working there. I am just reviewing on the opinions of others and my point of view.Came here on a Friday evening on November, 2022 and will never come back here.Here’s my reasons.Their food is alright and decent for my liking.A little bit pricey for my budget though.The problem is the BUSY nights especially since they are in front of the Place Bell.There are people with families and they are hogging the tables for too long or they sit down while someone is ordering. How rude.Most customers don't respect the time limit for other customers to sit well most to say the least.It should be 20-25 minutes especially if there’s a lot of people not 45 minutes or more.Also one of their washrooms is down when we’re there that night.They have 2 washrooms though.So they need to fix that and make it cleaner and better.The service here is nice but slow at times especially if there is a major hockey game and or event at Place Bell.I saw other customers that are trying to tell the cooks to hurry up and make it faster.When I heard that. I could see that they were working as hard as they can to please them and make sandwiches on time. As for me I took my time since I know if I was in the shoes of the cooks. So I did not complain about that part.I wanted to complain to that one guy who forgot my fries because I ate with someone and I ordered a combo with my sandwhich.Also it said on the sticker two fries but maybe he forgot.I wanted to ask about that but decided not too because I can see that they are streesed and can see that they are tired and rushing at the same time.Because there was a lot of people before the hockey game.It is okay though. They did what they did.All in all the customer service is nice but I may never come back here especially on busy nights to this location because to me service is always important and that is way better than the food.As you are reading this Try it for yourself and give a rating if you can.
