If only the staff were as good as their pretzels! The girl at the cash was rude not only to me but to my 5 and 7 year old daughters who were trying to order a slush. They were very polite and excited to order for themselves but the girl at the cash completely disregarded them as though they weren’t there. She had no smile and seemed to be annoyed to be working because there were alot of people in the store waiting. Nobody working smiles or is even remotely friendly . The pretzels were good but the staff and environment were a big zero.! I spoke to others in line who agreed that the staff are all rude and miserable.

Good pretzels, very fresh. You can watch them make them. The staff is nice and friendly and service is quick. The smell is incredible and makes you want more. I recommend the plain salty pretzel or the cinnamon sugar if you're looking for something sweet. You can also buy dips for an additional 0.50$.

I think you are mistaken, the staff is well educated and sociable the place is impeccable and very clean, it has never been as clean as mnt, and everyone is satisfied so stop giving bad publicity, be correct and does not create misinformation.

Was served by two lovely ladies. As always the plain pretzel is both soft and crunchy and the texture is so buttery smooth despite not having any extra butter on it. Mr. Pretzels is the best pretzel chain out there imo.
