I think you are mistaken, the staff is well educated and sociable the place is impeccable and very clean, it has never been as clean as mnt, and everyone is satisfied so stop giving bad publicity, be correct and does not create misinformation.

Was served by two lovely ladies. As always the plain pretzel is both soft and crunchy and the texture is so buttery smooth despite not having any extra butter on it. Mr. Pretzels is the best pretzel chain out there imo.

The smell of fresh pretzels baking is WOW . . we purchased 2 .. All employees had a ? smile and the service was great ?AWESOME ?..
