Have to go here - the puffs are unreal. I've been to the ones in Toronto and gta, and they don't compare. Friendly service, fresh puffs and the washroom was maintained/clean.

I’ve always liked Puffs, but lately it feels like the entrance has its own unwelcome security detail, a group of middle-aged Greek men permanently stationed there. Walking in means squeezing past stares, side comments, and even the occasional racist remark. Not sure if they’re buddies of the owner or just local fixtures with nothing better to do, but it’s a huge turn-off. Hopefully, the owner steps in and restores the welcoming vibe Puffs used to have.
Not much parking space, specifically in the summer when people are sitting outside. But very friendly staff and reasonable time to get your order.

The Laval location's Greek speaking staff and Greek music playing from the speakers made me feel like I was at home in Athens, Greece. And the fact that I was able to order a Freddo Cappuccino was the cherry on top. Good coffee and tasty food.
