First off, I would like to say that I absolutely recommend this place but for now perhaps for delivery. I have been going/ordering from there since it opened and was always satisfied with the customer service.

However, last night was the most unpleasant experience I’ve had! The guy at cash was utterly rude. I advised ses him at cash that I had a discount code to which he indicated that I should have told him when I ordered on the phone. I then said I was unaware as previously I had done the same and the young lady simply gave me a new bill. This seemed to have aggravated him greatly as his behaviour became hostile. He did redo the bill but not without abruptly pushing the stool on which he put the bag on and proceeded to slap down the sandwiches. I was so shocked by his aggressiveness that I told him to not bother with closing the bag.. he pushed the stool as if it had done anything to him. Got in the car to realise my drink was wrong as he probably didn’t really pay attention to me while ordering on the phone (he was already rude on the phone but i blamed it on the fact that I was looking for my words but hey it’s customer service). It took me a while to decide if it were worth even going back and have to deal with him again.. but I since I paid for it, I went back in.. Ultimately I gave up as there were more people but never did I feel so tense going there.

Is he new?? Sad because I actually liked going in.

My wife who usually have her nails done nearby usually go there whenever hungry. After today not going back. Rude guy over the counter, really bad attitude.. Long story short ordered chicken sandwich and the guy stared at her.. awkward silence and then said "anything else" in a rude way.. (they usually ask you options etc..) Then she ordered tea n entered it on the system. After realising that they have both cold n hot on the board, she specified it after few minutes.out of nowhere guy said "next time you need to precise" in a rude manner..
Most important when the guy finished preparing her the bread he literally SLAMMED THE SANDWICH. Wow..

She never experienced such bad customer service out of left field like this. Will definitely not go back
