I usually don’t do this, but after a trip to the hospital and being diagnosed with food poisoning just four hours after eating a Mr. Viet chicken satay bánh mì, I felt I had to share my experience.
At first, I wasn’t going to write a review since it had only happened to me. We bought the food on Sunday for dinner. The sandwich tasted a bit off, but I kept eating it anyway. My boyfriend ordered the tofu one and mentioned that the taste wasn’t as good as usual, but he still finished it.
Now it’s Wednesday. Three days later, he is extremely sick, can’t keep anything down, and his symptoms match exactly what I went through.
I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened, but this experience especially being stuck in the ER for 6 hours has honestly left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I go often for the matcha bubble tea but they changed the matcha, it doesn’t taste like it usually does, it’s not a good quality matcha anymore! I wont be returning

Used to order from here all the time but the quality has decreased the past year since they changed the packaging for the drinks from being see through it’s now just packed with ice and tastes just like water now and the tapioca quality isn’t the same either. I’ve experienced this several times now so I stopped ordering from here unfortunately. Please fix this issue.

Sandwich was very dry. Bread was stale.
And was freezing inside. Really didn’t enjoy my experience here !

I go often , and usually enjoy my bubble tea ! Until tonight , I got a brown sugar boba and tasted like water . I am very disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning

The drinks are delicious!

They have a wide selection of drinks to choose from and often add new drinks and flavours. Not the most authentic bubble tea, but still very good for a refreshing sugary drink. I usually order the vanilla or taro bubble tea since I like simple drinks. I really recommend this place!!

Very friendly and kind staff. The drinks are delicious, I highly recommend the beauty cherry, there is a generous amount of toppings on it. There is also a small grocery section, with a variety of products that may be hard to find in Laval. The drinks are also sealed with cute pictures, including from we bare bears.

The service was slow, they heated the sandwiches but by the time they gave them to us to eat they were very cold and the bread was hard. The taste was delicious though and the deco is great.

Oh my gosh! I'm obsessed with their Vietnamese coffee, which also has tapioca bubbles. It's simply perfect and delicious!

Spent the day in the bathroom after having their yogo , and I know for a fact the milk they used was expired .
