I really appreciate the manager's action when I tried to return my online purchase. Due to the mistake of online transactions the manager nicely explained the differences of online purchase and boutique purchase as well as offering me 5 free sleeves of coffee and let me benefit both online and boutique promotions. This is the best service I have ever received in my life. Best wishes for her and Nespresso.

This was an extremely disappointing experience. As a first-time visitor, I expected some guidance on how the store works (yeah it's not at all obvious). Instead, there was no one to help, everyone just ignored me, and I had to chase down an employee just to get an idea. It was quite an eerie feeling, like if I was invisible. When I asked if I could finally pay for the coffee sampler I chose, I was told to sit and wait.
The process itself is confusing and impersonal. The whole setup felt pretentious and unnecessarily complicated.
Overall, the service was poor, the atmosphere totally uninviting, and the experience quite frustrating. I will return to my French Press and make sure others know about the lack of service and clarity here. Save yourself the trouble and skip this store.

Terrible service and their dumb machines don’t even work. Once you get the machines to actually work, you need to remember your account information to pay. I just left the store frustrated. Get rid of the machines and bring back the staff like it used to be!!

I’d like to thank Ragul for his great service at the pick-up counter. After having some issues with my online order, I was told that I would benefit from a promotion by an online representative and that the message would be passed on. This was not the case but Ragul still helped me with this and offered me the promotion that was promised to me. Thank you so much!

This store needs to hire new employees. There are a lot of bad reviews and the response to each is that they take them all seriously and the problem will be addressed. Obviously that’s not the case when I went today. I tried to ask for help at the self check out and someone rudely told me I can’t use it without an account and brought me to the cash. There’s no need to be rude! The concept is not obvious. Plus he didn’t speak any English and I felt he didn’t want to serve me. While I’m waiting, everyone ignored me. I had to ask that I wanted to pay. Then she told me to sit in a line. The first guy brought me to the wrong place! After waiting 10 mins, the line didn’t even move, so I left. What a waste of my time!

Terrible service, terrible personnel, won’t come back again.
I walked in, went to choose my vertuo pods. The employees talk in a very cold (almost rude) way. Went to pay on machines, I had to create an account, called an employee there, she told me in Avery rude way that she will come back.
She did but after a very long time (she wasn’t even busy) she came and talked in a very fast way (didn’t even understand what she said). She ended up entering her credentials, and didn’t even explain to me or asked me if I wanted to create an account. I was about to complain then I just walked out.

I waited in line at Nespresso for over 20 minutes, only to find out that there was an IT issue preventing payments from being processed. Instead of taking steps to speed things up—like directing staff to assist at the cashier or providing clear updates—three employees just stood at the entrance telling customers to stay in line. It felt very disorganized and unprofessional, especially given the long wait and lack of communication.
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I’ve been to plenty of nespresso stores to purchase coffee pods and have always been treated with respect and warmth.
Not at this store!! I walked in, all employees weren’t busy and no one would even look at me. I walked up to a woman and politely asked her if she would be able to help me. She rolled her eyes and said “follow me”. She took me to a computer and said “I’m listening” while rolling her eyes again. Every time I would ask her a question about a flavour she would roll her eyes and was so rude. I felt like I was bothering her. When we finished the order and I payed, she came back with the bag and put in on the table and walked away. I’ve never felt so disrespected or uncomfortable before. TERRIBLE service.
