Lady was not professional at all. I came in speaking English and she refused to serve me in my language
What's the point of having self-service if it's not even functional and employees are barely present to help? More and more frustrations with Nespresso, it's time to change companies! ☕

I said hello to an employee when I came in, she stared at me and didn't say anything to me. Then I found the descaler, I wanted to pay but with the self-service terminal it's really not efficient, I had to have an account and finally a clerk had to enter a code etc. I found the experience very inhumane and not intuitive. We get in there and it's the system, deal with it, you're not welcome, it's very cold. It might as well be no one in the end, at least we would know that it's just a 100% self-service store.

Absolutely no service, we are looked down by the employee who are talking between themselves, no Hi no nothing, we have a stroller and the employee was blocking the way out, I asked them kindly to get out of the way so we can exit (after doing our purchase with absolutely 0 service....) and the employee just look me up and down and continue her discussion.... It was a horrible experience with a small stroller and just an overalls...
And it's not the first time... We are buying for at least 40$ to 60$ per month of coffee and every time I go there it makes me want to invest in another brand instead of keeping going there...
I'll probably order online from now on, it's been at least 5 times that we got horrible service there...

I brought back a machine that I had bought yesterday because it was defective. The service I received before purchasing and today was really different! I felt like we were being made fun of, and when I asked for the name of the employee, she refused, telling me that the espresso company didn't want it!!! However, they have all our information in front, our name, our telephone number, our address!!! Really very bad experience and it was for my wife's birthday that I bought!!!

VERY IMPERSONAL, grab the boxes of coffee dump in your bag and then into the self checkout, slap your credit card, and go. Self checkout asks for names and emails... On my day off, they put me to work.No thanks. Rather, go to Fairview, where the cashiers work andbust my chops for my info.

Not only i couldnt taste any of the coffee, she didn't even try to offer me something similar.
We ordered coffee for our lattissimo One.
She gave us some original capsule and some vertuo capsule. Didnt find out until home.
I saked about the coffee N.20 also, she said it comes in batch of 5, but never mentionned it 3.75/per capsule AND GAVE US VERTUO so i cant use/tatse them.
I usually get good service in any other nespresso in the last 12 years but this one felt like i was annoying them for asking about coffee.
(May i remind you that the coffee is their cash-cow ??)

Worst customer service ever ! Can’t change my details about my order after making a typo in the shipping address. Called twice customer service just for them to tell me they can’t do anything… no refund , no possibility to change the address, no discounts on a new order .they clearly don’t care about their customers , only their money .i seriously would not recommend to anyone . And personally will never buy from them again .
I’ve been a loyal Nespresso customer for over three years, but a recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. A few days ago, I suffered from food poisoning and tried to trace the source. Around the same time, I noticed an alarming amount of mold on the used pods in my container. I typically empty it every few days, and this was the first time I had ever seen mold.
Concerned that there might be contamination, I visited the Nespresso store at Carrefour Laval on August 26 to report this issue. I asked to speak with a supervisor and explained the situation, emphasizing that this could be a potential health risk. To my surprise, the supervisor dismissed my concerns outright, insisting that mold was normal and that I should empty the tray daily. When I mentioned that I’d never encountered mold before, she brushed it off, saying she would “report it,” without even asking for the pod names or lot numbers.
When I pressed her on how she could report it without proper details, she became defensive and suggested I call customer service, saying, “we’re not doctors here.” Her lack of concern and dismissive attitude were shocking, especially given recent food safety incidents like the one with Silk milk.
I expected more responsibility and seriousness from a brand like Nespresso, especially when it comes to potential health hazards. This experience has seriously shaken my trust in Nespresso’s commitment to customer safety and care.

Lots of options if you like that kind of coffee.
Went there on August 15 mid afternoon. The service is absolutely horrible. Just a bunch of young people talking among themselves who are too snotty to serve their customers. I knew what I wanted so I just wanted to go in and out. Even to pay I had to flag someone!! The asian clerk was the nicest and the most helpful. Next time, I'll just order online. I think it's time for a new administration at this store!

This store is pretty amazing and makes you forget you're spending a lot on coffee! You take the sleeves and another automatically pops out. Then you just put the bag down and it knows exactly what you took... it is pretty awesome. Nespresso makes by FAR the best single serve coffee.
