Bad take out service they boxed the pizza and made me wait over 10 mins before handing them over because they forgot to prepare a salad. The result was very cold unpleasant pizza. Will not be going back to the centropolis location again.

I absolutely loved the food, and the waiters were super friendly! The atmosphere was lively and comfortable. The only thing I’d let people know of is the wait time to receive your food on weekend nights because of the large groups of people (the night I went there was a massive group of 30 apparently) I went when there had my order taken at 8:15, it was just two pizzas. They arrived an entire hour later. It’s really just a personal pet peeve of mine when restaurants allow an almost excessive amount of people per group. But other than that, the food was great and so was the service! Definitely worth coming!

Worst Pizza 900 I've eaten at and I'm a regular! Waiting more than 25 minutes to get the starters even though the restaurant was not at all busy and items were missing! Burnt aranchinis, soft Caesar salad, not fresh, bland and very bitter! Then the pizza was undercooked and cold underneath. The waitress just kept saying sorry, sorry, sorry without offering us anything! Never could the Centropolis pizza 900 for us!!

We waited for over 30 minutes at a table to place our order. We stopped the hostess, as the waitress hadn't come after 15 minutes and we were ready to order. She asked us to wait two minutes. We waited another 15 minutes and no sign of the waitress. The hostess did not look in our direction either and did not seem to have sent a message to the waitress to come see us.
So we left before we could even order. The waitress saw us leaving and quickly looked away. Bad service on their part.

pizza is very delicious and the price is reasonable, the place is well located in the centerpolis, too good for an outing with family, couple or friends
very dissapointed. ordered the meatballs as an entree and i've never seen such small meatballs. They were the size of swedish meatballs from Ikea. My pizza had at least 1 1/2 inch all around with no dressings. it was dough only. terrible will never go back and not recomend!!

The vibe of this place is lovely and cozy. The fresh wood burned pizza is AMAZING, we where 6 girls and split 4 pizzas, not one of them disappointed. A crowd favourite was the Italian sausage, delicious! Staff is bilingual, and are very accommodating to walk ins on busy nights. Definitely coming back, especially because we left this place satisfied and full while still on a budget
