The service was really slow. They also messed up the order and when the food arrived, it was cold. I've eaten at other locations and they were 100x better. I will not return to the Laval location, beyond disappointing.

The restaurant was empty and yet it still took very long to get our food. Hamburger buns were frozen.
They also had no toilet paper for the washroom...
I would not return to eat here.

We went for a team building supper, was greeted cordially and accommodated throughout the whole experience. It was an event night, but still were told there was going to be a little wait, the owner was very efficient, he took our order as we waited, so that when the table was ready, the food followed, we sat around the time he promised, very efficient. Small space, but very friendly and warm environment, highly recommended

This restaurant has an express menu. The club sandwich was excellent. The fries were good. The service was good. You pay at the cash. Very good value.

too much waiting time one hour and 10 min just for 2 regular burgers!! the admin says after half hour I don’t have more beef so you guys need to wait more!!!

Run away and avoid this restaurant with bad service and terrible food!!! Hamburgers with completely uncooked buns (completely cold and not toasted), rock-hard fries that make you dream of frozen fries, Caesar salad with tasteless dressing without anchovies and without garlic and with too many pieces of bread that is not garlic!!!! Long wait to be served before Starmania. We warn the waitress who tells us no worries, but she decides to respond to three people who have just arrived immediately after taking our order, without having transmitted it to the kitchen... Long story short, the 3 people arrived 15 minutes later we have their drinks and their food before us... We tell the older waiter who seems to be the manager who explains to us that we ordered chicken and that he doesn't want to poison his customers (hamburger disease does not exist in this restaurant)… Monsieur seems offended by our remark which is nevertheless normal… and he speaks loudly and asks us shouting if everything is to our taste so that the other tables can hear him… And as in fact, the table of 'next door who had arrived 15 minutes later shouted loudly that the service was excellent (were they friends?) Mr. waiter in his 50s, in 25 years of frequenting restaurants, I have never seen a waiter sowing discord among his customers… NO CLASS or professionalism.

Courteous staff! A1 service!

First time over there. It must have taken me a full half hour just to decide which burger I was going to have. The list is so long, so many different yummy options. I will definitely be back again. The one I had was the holy Swiss, I believe, and it was absolutely delicious with caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms. The owner was there and was just so nice. Very down to earth. What about the waitress? She was really professional with a dazzling smile, and she really made the evening pleasant. If you like burgers you will LOVE Notre Boeuf de Grace. I highly recommend it!!!
