Extremely bad experience waited over an hour for the food. Music was EXTREMLY loud i understand mabye that’s the vibe of the restaurant but i couldn’t hold a conversation with the person in front of me. After the hour that the food came it was extremely underwhelming. The rice was undercooked, the fries looked disgusting . I will give the benefit of the doubt but the kebab was good. Other than that service was bad we didn’t get a single server to check up on us. Will never come back again

What an amazing experience we had for my birthday party. Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing. The owner a great host. I totally recommend Mardin palace. Thanks Raymond for this great evening.

The ambiance is lovely with great music and excellent service. The waiters are professional, friendly, and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious, served in generous portions and made with fresh ingredients.

Spacious and beautifully decorated restaurant with delicious food and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The owner is absolutely lovely and makes you feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this place not only for a great meal, but also for hosting events and celebrations like birthdays, weddings, and more. They also have cozy private rooms perfect for more intimate gatherings

For a bill that’s over 3000$ you would expect an amazing service but apparently not here. Mcdonald’s employees are trained better
