Terrible customer service from the front girl who said she has to charge me again to make my poutine that was more like poutine sauce soup with floating potatoes and cheese in it.

I heard a lot about this place and was very excited to try it out. I called for delivery and the lady was very kind and took my order.I was surprised when it came home. The poutine was 80% sauce and it was frozen that the sauce was not movingThe pizza was greatly done but only if it was hot. It came also cold and The cheese was frozen.I paid around 40$ for thatThis is my first impression and I was disapointed.
