It was pleasant dinner from here. The staffs were very kind and atmosphere was good. The food was nice and highly recommended if you are looking for the decent American Chinese restaurant.
One thing I missed is the removal of some popular menu like Orange chicken and fried green beans.

Missing delivery food. Manager said “this is why you should come in the resto” Uhm… then don’t offer delivery if you don’t how to manage it. Overpriced, small orders, rude customer service. So sad. Was sooo good a few years ago but I guess customer service is not important anymore. We will not be back.

Horrible experience!! Think twice before dining here. Customer service was terrible. Manager was laughing and making fun of our concerns, and not offering solutions to solve the issue we had with receiving the wrong food at the table. He started mocking us and basically said we should go elsewhere. I love the food at PF Changs, but their service has gone downhill. Won’t be dining here ever again. Corporate has been contacted. We were secret shoppers - it’s a fail.

A surprisingly pleasant dinner! We love PF Chang’s in FLL but are boycotting the USA. Our previous experience in Laval last year was not great. This time we were all 4 of us with nothing but praise for PFC Laval: in fact better than FLL! We ordered calamari and dumplings (6) as appetizers to share, then 3 of us ordered the Beef-ox and 1 grilled-beef. Not only were they perfectly tender and fresh but the quantity was very generous. I marked service as 4/5 only because (perhaps only on that day?) we were told that we have no specific waiter past our order and we could ask anyone for additional service requests. While this may be convenient as you do not have to wait for your waiter’s attention, you also do not get the personal attention needed. That is a very small critique but overall this is a great place great food great price.
Solid place love the chicken lettuce wraps! Service was good but a little slow. Will return again!!!👍

Was craving asian and boy did this place deliver. The hostess was very welcoming and polite. I did find the service a little slow for having only five tables with clients and most of them already had their meals. But everything was delicous. Will for sure go back. Really liked that you can pick lo mien as a side instead of rice

I love this restaurant. As someone with celiac disease, this place is by far my favorite gluten free spot. The food is always amazing and I never have to worry about getting sick. I've also had the pleasure of being served by Jenny many times and she is really great!
