I showed up earlier to pick up a cake paid for in advance. I understand that there were already around twenty customers waiting outside, but since most of them haven't yet decided what they're going to buy, I'm pretty close to it. 'an hour of waiting, when all you have to do is take my box out of the fridge and give it to me so I can go. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. You just lost my customers

If you are looking for wonderful pastries for a special occasion or just something to bring when visiting a friends, or you don't feel like cooking a meal, you MUST visit this place. A large counter of a great variety of authentic Italian food and sandwiches at very reasonable prices gets your mouth watering as soon as you walk in. Pick up some homemade sauce, or breaded chicken cutlets maybe a sheet pizza, and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

The stuff is so rude! We ordered a cake and asked that we want fruit in the stuffing! We found out later that they did not do it as we ordered. Some of the girls are so rude to customers, they don’t listen.

Five stars across the board! Coming from an Italian family, every get together and holiday MUST be accompanied by sweets and authentic Italian food which can be found at this amazing bakery. Each one of the cakes are fresh and rich, their salads are seasoned well and perfect for parties, and Ofcourse the pastries are delicious and they have their recipes perfected, noteable items being their bombolones, tiramisu’s, and cannolis. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, if you’re interested in fresh pastries and cakes, pre made pastas, salads, and meats, this is your place to go!

The sandwiches and pastries are generally very good at this place. On the other hand, the service is always very disappointing. Long wait... people who arrived after me were served before or it often happened to me to wait at the counter for the sandwiches for several minutes while being clearly completely ignored. It's been like this for years. I will not return there again unless there is a change in the administration or the staff because treating customers this way is simply unacceptable.
