The only 5 star given is for the food since i have nothing to say but amazing.
At the other hand this is the worst papa johns i have ever been to
Rude staff ( treats the customer as if im there to beg for food )
Never respected the timing (ordered 24 hours earlier) made me wait for 30 minutes to make the order which was for kids birthday where few of them already left by the time i went back with order

And the cherry on the top was the ruined garlic sauce they gave me with it to feed 7 yeras old children

I ordered an extra large veggie pizza from Papa John’s in Laval and was very disappointed. You could hardly see any toppings—it looked like I paid for a plain pizza. Definitely not what I expected. Very poor quality and not worth it.
Worst costumer service they dont even have a menu....
Your delivery guy stopped on a bicycle lane. When I mentioned this he was very rude and aggressive where I was polite. I refused the delivery and will make a complaint. Very disrespectful. Your delivery people need to be educated.

I called and order 30 mins in advanced and ask if it would be ready when i come pick it up. When i got there they just started making it. I’m writing this review because it’s not the first time this has happened. I only get a 30 min break and i spend half of it here.
