Good restaurant by all standards but you have to check your order sometimes, something might go wrong due to work pressure on the staff.

Usually I enjoy it, but I was delivered the wrong pizza (chicken Alfredo instead of cheese Alfredo) and when I called the restaurant, I was told that the best they could do was to offer me a free mini pizza with my next order. But it was a maxi pizza that I bought and that I couldn't eat. However, the terms of sale of papajohns.ca say that in the event of an error on their part they must re-deliver the correct pizza to us for free. Additionally, I contacted you via your site form a week ago for a refund and I'm still waiting. That’s $30 gone in the trash ? beware of this restaurant that doesn’t respect its own policy

I placed an order with Papa John’s over 3 hours ago and was left extremely disappointed. After waiting 1.5 hours, I called to check on my order, and they assured me it was on its way. Another 1.5 hours passed with no food, so I called again, only to be told the restaurant had closed and they didn’t know about my order, claiming they had run out of food. The lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable. I waited for hours with no resolution or offer to fix the situation. Very poor experience… won’t be ordering from here again.
