Worst experience ever! Came waited in line, so far so good. I asked the girl to put happy birthday on it and the girl leaves WITHOUT the cake ?!?! Yes you guessed it that was the last one. By the time she comes back someone else is already wrapping it for a girl that wasn’t even in the store when I ordered. These things happen but no one tried to apologize and just dismissed my feelings and acted as if this was a normal day when yet another client is not happy with the service and management are doing nothing about it!! Ridiculous, even if the cakes a good because of lack of customer service i will never step foot in that store again

Ordered a cake which happened to be the last one. Another customer comes in AFTER ME and is served that exact cake i had already asked for without anyone trying to do anything about it. Manager even came out and didn’t even try to do anything about the situation. No professionalism or communication at all from anyone that works there

I have never been treating so poorly when making an order on the phone. First I was treated badly, I called the next day to speak to the manager about my experience and attempt to make my order with the manager, I was put on hold, after 10 minutes, no one came to the phone. I hung up and ended up ordering elsewhere. My order was minimum 500$.

You turn away potential customers ready to buy pastries because we forgot to pick a number at the entrance? I turned around so quickly and went somewhere else. You just lost a sale. You should really consider changing your staff. They should remember that it’s thanks to us who buy that they get paid. Maybe remind your staff about that !!!

Stopped here for a quick lunch, got 2 sandwiches both of which were very average. There is a large selection so I'm sure most of them would be very good though. However, my biggest issue was the attitude that I received from the tall gentleman serving me. He was very rude and gave me attitude for asking what's in the sandwich, for asking to heat it up and then for confirming if the sandwich on the counter was ours. He was very condescending and smurky which completely ruined the experience.

Came here for a birthday cake, and ended up taking a couple of extras (chocolate croissant, almond croissant and some fine chocolate bars) 😋 service was prompt, they took the time to write happy birthday and the name of the person who was celebrated on the cake, and they gave a great many tasty things around, from pasta to passata, to a selection of cold cuts and cheeses.

Have ordered Uber eats many times and almost tried all the pastries .

Cakes are usually good and delicious , slightly of the sweeter side .

Crème brulé ordered 3 times and all 3 times it was a miss , overcooked , almost scrambled eggs consistency.

We had our wedding cake made by Patisserie St Martin and it was the most beautiful and delicious cake!! Exactly like we wanted!!
