Qwelli - L'art du gelato

I ordered an ice cream in a cup and they gave me an ice cream stick instead of giving me a spoon. I spent 7.50$ plus taxes and they didn't even have the decency to let me know my daughter was supposed to eat her ice cream without a proper spoon. They told me their policy they don't have ice cream plastic spoons, but wooden spoons exist. Despicable policies. Avoid the place

It’s been years since I last had gelato from Qwelli, and let me just say the quality has remained the same.

I went with the pistachio and caffè latte flavors and loved that neither was sickly sweet. The caffè latte had a strong coffee flavor, and both were creamy and delicious.

I’ll definitely be coming back to try the other flavors they offer.

NO FREE BIRTHDAY GELATO! NOT EVEN A SMALL ONE! I was instructed by the staff to sign up for their loyalty program to qualify for a birthday gift. Only after signing up, they told me it will take a day for it to be processed by their system. Once it is processed, my birthday would have passed and I would no longer qualify. I showed proof of enrollment to the staff but they did not honor their birthday deal. Unacceptable. I will never go back. ever.

Bien que j'aie téléchargé le programme de fidélité et que Qwelli sur Instagram ait confirmé qu'il suffisait de présenter la carte pour un petit gelato gratuit le jour de mon anniversaire, on m'a quand même facturé. J'avais même ma pièce d'identité. Je trouve regrettable cette obstination et le manque de satisfaction client. Lorsque j'ai demandé où laisser une évaluation, l'employé m'a simplement répondu : "Si c'est pour une plainte, ne laissez pas d'avis sur Google, on va perdre des étoiles." Incroyable.

Excellent taste and excellent customer service at the store.

Absolutely loved the ice cream here! I had Milk Chocolate and Café Latte — the coffee one was sooo good, rich and flavorful. I also tried Framboise, Citron, and Pistachio, and they were all amazing.

I asked about the ingredients, and they confirmed there’s no raw egg in the ice cream, which is great for peace of mind. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Great service and great flavors — highly recommend!

great dessert after eating a warm meal :) u can mix flavours and ask for testers. in my opinion, the bubblegum and mango are honestly the best.
