I was going to give 5 stars, but unfortunately my experience was spoiled. I personally saw a male staff member leave the men’s washroom and go straight back to work without washing his hands. My wife had the same experience in the women’s washroom, where she saw a female staff member do the same. At the very least, staff should show that cleanliness and hygiene are a top priority. This was very unhygienic, unpleasant, and left a very negative impression. The food was amazing and also the ambiance.

Always love coming to this good old Petinos. Always fresh, always generous portions, fresh food and most importantly, prestige service! They have a small terrasse on the side, large inside room for large and small groups! I have been coming here for years and aways take the Mirage plate for their delicious crepe and large French Toast!

I went solo since I was craving for the food. Their service was amazing and friendly. I was served by Katia, she made sure that I was good and even gave suggestions for the food. Very good staff. I saw them work as a team 😍

So disappointed. Food was alright nothing crazy but the service was horrible. They greeted us with water but when i tasted it, it tasted like bug spray. I checked in my glass and there was some type of particle in my drink. How hard is it to serve water? When I was finally able to grab the attention of the waiter, he was so dismissive of the whole situation. They did not apologise at all! Furthermore, they forgot part of my meal. The whole experience was awful. I only gave it 2 starts because the food was alright, mediocre at best. Would think twice about coming here, maybe try other locations.
Great food, great services, we were there for 2hour and we necer had someone asking us to leave and Coffee was always full !!!! It was very apreciated

Good food and big portions for an average price. Big line up on weekends so get there early. Not enough staff early in the morning so service can be very slow. Received the bill right as I finished eating and once paid, had no more service.
