My boyfriend ordered a super croque box, which comes with the sandwich, an individual popcorn chicken, an individual fries, an individual side dish, and a drink. He wanted macaroni salad as a side dish, but the cashier insisted on giving us bbq sauce as a side dish, and said we could replace the fries with macaroni salad, or pay $3 extra for a salad. of individual macaroni. We showed him the menu on the wall which clearly shows that the meal comes with fries AND a side, and explained that we didn't want the bbq sauce but a macaroni salad instead as a side. He didn't want to know anything, insisted that you couldn't replace the bbq sauce with the macaroni salad, just the fries. He ended up charging us $3 extra for the macaroni salad and still giving us the bbq sauce.
Really disappointed with the service, it extorts customers by charging extra for things that are supposed to be included in the meal box. I won't come back again.

November 9, 2024. Decided to give them another try, and they didn’t disappoint, still sucks. Waited 5 minutes at the drive thru and they didn’t serve me. Restaurant full of employees with their thumbs up their asses relaxing and enjoying theme. Perhaps you need better management? I won’t make the mistake again.
Disgusting, it is do dried , it looks like it is rotten too. The food needs to be inspected. I will not be going here anymore. I believe that it is only a matter of time before someone gets a really bare case of food poisoning. No pride by the owners or management at this location. **AVOID**

Chicken are very salty, I tried several KFC around Quebec province and I can easily say the kfc is literally one of the worst kfc I ate around the world, generally American fast food is sucks in Canada particularly Quebec.
