WORST KFC EVER. I ordered plant based chicken and they don't know the difference, they just give me chicken. I'm vegetarian my money is wasted and they don't want to make a new sandwich they are saying I ordered chicken.

Terrible service from all migrant workers that couldn't communicate in French or even English. Order was 1 hour late and when I went in to finally pick up my uber eats I saw a dirty unhygienic kitchen. This is not somewhere to eat from.

Très sale,les tables pas laver,les toilettes c'est un horreur, toutes les vitres sont sale.Pas de serviettes pour se nettoyer les mains.Le plancher de la cuisine est tellement gras que les employés glisse en marchant dessus.Le gérant est la et ne fait rien et voie clairement pas se que tout les clients voient.Ils ont de la misère à te servir en français.Poulet sec et réchauffer.Je ne le recommande pas.

This place has really gone downhill in the last few years. Not sure if its new management or not but not helpful, missing items, arguing with me about said missing item because they cant read a bill, rude.

Order at the car very disappointing the girl doesn't speak French all she can say is hello after a few minutes someone who speaks French takes over to take my order suddenly I check my order and it's missing the sauce so I go back to the drive-thru and same story and what's more she finds it funny it's really nonsense to finish well I arrive home to eat and the chicken is not cooked it is all pink everything ended up in the trash because there was no question of returning to this place so it was over for me

Déjà, à l'arrivé, presonne ne parle français derrière le comptoir! Obligé de parler anglais pour passer la commande. Ensuite, la nourriture: on a commandé un baril sans os et 2 salades. Beurk, le poulet était mou, pas du tout croustillant et sans saveur. Vraiment décevant, mon fils et moi nous faisions une joie de se faire une bouffe PFK... ce fut la dernière!!!
