I dont understand i ordered on u er eats at 10pm on a sunday, i called at 11:30pm they said my order is ready and waiting for a driver, the driver arrived and my order had not even started so they lied. Its currently 11:41 and still no order!

The food was good, like the rest of kfc 🍗 the service was mediocre 😕, very slow, the place was clean
I ordered from this location 2 times via Uber eats. After an hour the 1st time I had to cancel and it was over 9PM. Second time was around dinner time and like with the 1st tome the delivery time kept being pushed but I noticed No-one had picked up the delivery. This happened again over an hour abd Uber chat bot asked if I wanted to Cancel, I did...and I lost 48$ because the restaurant accepted the order...no food and money lost. Very disappointing as this is not little money.
