We were a group of 25 people on a Saturday evening. We had to wait over an hour before getting our main meal. The quality of the food was just okay and therefore disappointing value for money. $160.00 for two including a single drink and the birthday cake was provided by a guest.

Friday 6:00 p.m. My partner and I tried this restaurant without knowing it. Once seated you are only impressed by the high prices. For me a pizza and my partner some pasta. My pizza looks like Casa Di Mama. My partner's pasta just doesn't taste good. Wine? Ordinary. The waiter went to see other customers to see if it was to their liking. But not us... Anyway, all that for almost $150.00. I don't recommend it at all. No way.

Um, where to start? Poor quality-price. I had pasta [fettuccine] with pesto sauce. Very surprising what I got for a pesto pasta dish for $25 (!).
Sauce too fatty. No taste of pine nuts present. Basil barely present in the aftertaste, fine olive oil flavor absent, not enough garlic. Ayoye! -_-
I beat this at home 100 times over! For a fraction of the asking price!
I asked for “al dente” fettuccine; they were overcooked. Correct portion and hot dish.
We had to ask for bread, fresh pepper and parmesan. A kind and affable woman came to bring this to us.
Absolutely not attentive or attentive service [30 year old bearded guy]. Did not show up. Ever come to the table and ask “Is everything to your liking?” »; " Everything's going good here? ".
Poor service to review! Also placed above the Interac terminal during payment to verify the tip given. Inexcusable and rude.
For desserts at the end, I ask “Are they homemade?” » — No, they come from Lafrenaie (!!!). “Um, nothing for me. » (!!!).
If I want desserts from Lafrenaie, I go to Lafrenaie, not to an Italian restaurant where I expect to have authentic Italian desserts (!!!).
My friends who had ordered Tables d’hôte therefore received:
1- a “commercial” type limoncello cake drizzled with “cheap chocolate “oil” Herschey type syrup” (!!!). Phew! Am I hallucinating here?!
2– An inedible “commercial” tiramisu — also drizzled with the same cheap Hershey syrup — 3/4 remained on the plate (!!!).
Awful! And no gelato?! In an Italian restaurant?! Wow… [slowly clapping hands] Well done….
The best part of the meal? Heineken “0” and San Pellegrino water (!!!). That says it all.
$125/2 [with poor service]
All and all: 2 stars/5
