The food served is always excellent, and the service is always second to none . We always enjoy having dinner at this restaurant serving authentic Italian Cuisine at a very reasonable price. Our waiter Salvador gave us attention like you don’t get elsewhere . We appreciated our night out at Piatti Pronti.

We had an event in their private room and it was great, the service is top notch, a lot of communication and accommodation I lobe they didn’t ask for money in advance, just a $500 deposit which was returned short after the event. Also the prices are reasonable for an entre, main dish and desert included on the price. Stephanie is the person in charge of this and she was great and also super nice. 100% recommended.

The starters were really small portions (1 calamari ring, 1/5 slice of prosciutto, 10g of mozzarella with 1 half tomato slice etc).
Next up 4 raviolis that tasted worse than frozen low-end grocery store bought, in an ok rosée sauce.
Cold and bland, service was long.
Once I got to the main course I was barely hungry.
The main course was bavette and that was fine, tender, tasty. With 4-5 little potatoe wedges on the side.
The plates may be ready but are they worth it, I don’t think so.
There are soooo many better Italian restaurants than this one in Laval or Montreal.

The first time I ever came to eat at this restaurant was for my daughters baptism this past weekend and everything was amazing! Already, while planning the event, Stephanie was more than helpful and our event was organized so perfectly! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was warming, the staff was always ready to fill wine glasses and assist wherever they could... I would absolutely recommend! Let's not forget about the food! The appetizers were all delicious and the bavette was my ultimate favorite! Sooooo tender! 😋 and on another positive note, my guests were all raving about how good everything was and are already looking forward to coming back!

I took my mom to Piatti Pronti for Mother’s Day, and it was hands-down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of charm — the perfect mix of elegance and comfort.
The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went out of their way to make the day special for my mom. Our server was incredibly kind, attentive without being intrusive, and had great recommendations that turned out to be spot on.
Now the food… wow. Every dish was bursting with flavor — from the homemade pasta that melted in our mouths to the perfectly balanced sauces and fresh, vibrant ingredients. My mom had the shrimp/pasta olio. I had the lamb, and it was cooked to absolute perfection — fresh, light, and so satisfying.
We finished the meal with a classic tiramisu that tasted like it came straight out of a Roman café.
Truly, Piatti Pronti made this Mother’s Day one to remember. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly, highly recommend!
