I went back the next day (add 03-04-2024) because their restaurant was closed when I saw that the pizza made no sense. I told them your customers are going to get sick eating pizza like this. Mrs. Kohini insulted me by telling me that if I don't like to go elsewhere. I told them, perfect, no problem but refund me everything. It took a good 15 minutes for them to persist with me and I ended up getting my refund. If I hadn't persisted, they would never have given me my money back, so I advise you, if this happens to you, persist and don't give up. Because if we read several comments, this is not the first time that this has happened in this Pizza Hut. Good luck to everyone but honestly I strongly advise against it.

Every time I order there I never am disappointed. The staff is always friendly and helpful in sharing different deals and coupons whenever they have them. The pizza is always fresh, hot and delicious.It’s also affordable if you’re alone or with your loved ones. Even if you order on site they’re super fast with making the order! Bad experience in this pizza hut. The dough for my pizza was raw, not cooked, I went back to replace it, they told me it was normal, they took turns touching my pizza and thought I was going to eat it, I asked for a refund which they refused. In the end $31 in the trash. Never again pizza hut for us.

After contacting customer service, the restaurant refused an exchange, claiming the dough was sent to them by Pizza Hot already frozen, and they were just adding the sauce. Despite my $35 payment, they offered a credit of only $10, refusing to resolve the problem. Terrible customer service, I really don't recommend.

Really lousy customer service, really insulting on the skip website, they changed the takeaway availability only at the same time as I ordered, then I saw that the order was not found and an error code was displayed.
