J'ai commandé mes pizzas et elles sont arrivées mal, brûlées et incorrectes car j'ai demandé le côté fourré au fromage, j'ai appelé le magasin et la personne au téléphone m'a dit que malheureusement ils ne pouvaient rien faire car il n'y avait pas de fromage, et que ma pizza n'était pas brûlée... Je vous laisse une photo, pour que vous puissiez juger… 🥴🥴🥴

I would not order from campbellford ontario ever again, I ordered mac and cheese and it wasn't even half full. the noodles and cheese didn't even cover the bottom of the tray, my girlfriend has ordered it many times and it's always come to the top of the tray it comes in. I called and explained this and was told sorry it will be better next time... I said excuse me? you're not going to do anything about it? they said no and that if I wanted a refund I would have to come into the store. so I walked across town to return it and they fought with me for over 10 minutes telling me that the pizza is fine and I can only return the mac and cheese, when I finally got my refund and said I would not be returning I was responded with thats ok we have other customers from the blonde lady working the cash.

I ordered online it was impeccable, fast and efficient, just a small detail on the cooking of the pizza, cook the least long because the cheese I had last time was almost burnt but otherwise very delicious

The employees are unclean, touch their noses to clean themselves, then their dirty pants full of germs coming out of the toilets, touch their hair, wear the same jewelry when leaving the toilets to make your food, it's Hindu, the employees there are very unclean, I'm not racist but frankly on the sanitary side a BIG BIG ZERO CUSTOMER review do not hesitate to ask them to wash their hands and remove their jewelry before preparing your food because pants can be in contact with the toilet bowl when it is sit on the toilet bowl and in short they do that wiping their hands on their sweater and pants and when they have finished relieving themselves on a toilet bowl they do your food wear their jewelry this place deserves a ticket from the MAPAQ for poor sanitary rating because of the unclean employees I often get it and since my last purchase I order more from this place when I saw an employee put it's fingers in their nose without washing it's hand and prepare a pizza for an uber eat order frankly it was disgusting to see and look at I don't recommend this place!
