The food was fine. The menus was diverse and satisfied all our different cravings. The service (delivery) was quick and super friendly which brings me to why I am writing this review. I feel terrible, but I accidentally undertipped the delivery guy. I wanted to give 15% but I have 10% in error. So I am hoping he sees this and reads I am sorry. I was distracted in my mind by a hard event that happened to our family and wasn’t paying attention. It’s Friday, July 24 and the order came at about 7:30. Again, I am sorry to the delivery person.

I have been a client for at least 5 years and tonight the order was wrong and the delivery driver very rude even after a good tip

Extremely rude and disrespectful delivery order taker, they made a mistake and forgot one of my sandwiches during supper, when I called back someone told me they will send me my other one, after another hour of waiting I called back again and another woman told me it's not coming and was yelling at me that they're not wasting their time bringing it. Then rudely wouldn't let me talk and hung up on me. UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE! SCAMMERS

We placed an order a day in advance to be sure to receive our pizzas at 11:45 a.m. / 12:00 p.m., for our employees' pizza dinner.

The delivery guy arrived at 12:45 p.m.... 45 minutes of waiting AND when he arrived, he had lots of errors in our order. We did not receive the right sizes of pizza or the right toppings, and some pizzas were crushed against the box... We did not receive the requested condiments and we received 4 plates for 8 pizzas...

This was the first time we ordered from Pizza Maximum and unfortunately the last.
