Pizza was cold and the packaging was not sealed properly to keep the pizza warm. And there was hardly any cheese on the top. Felt like eating bread for most part. And no salt and pepper. Never had this problem. Just giving feedback.

We added a request for well done pizza, ** NOT for burned one. Seems like they need to pay attention to this request. I could smell and taste the burned crust. It was difficult to chew, a good exercise for our jaws.
